Moonlight was picked up in 2007 despite the fact that the pilot had to be reshot becuase Alex, still new at the time, was so captivating.
Moving to 2009, CBS kept him for a year and gave him a choice of projects. They really want him back! Unless TR is really bad (and can't be, the man has great taste), the forecast is very promising!
How is my attempt at a rational, scientific analysis?
I LIKE your thinking, darlingcat. I think the PTB want to have him onscreen. Anyone know who is supposed to be staring in Miami Trauma? Not that it could be anyone we'd want to see more than Alex - just curious.
Your rational scientific analysis is great dc. But I wouldn't expect anything less from you.

Now while I want the Brits to do well (and I adore JN AND RC), I know where my heart lies if it comes down to a straight choice between the two shows...

Thanks, Red. I DO like Jeremy Northam - quite a bit. I don't know who the other people are. Still no competition though.
Lana Parilla was on last season's much loved (insert sarcasm) series Swingtown. And the only other name I recognize is Richard Coyle who played Jeff on the Brit comedy series Coupling. Damn that boy is funny! :snicker: Don't know the others, and sorry, Jeremy Northam is unknown to me as well, but it seems he's the big "name" in the production.

You need to be a member to sign up. Generally, it's not good form to post members-only links but I'm not going to delete this as it doesn't breach any forum guidelines.

I can't see the pics (because I'm not a member) but if these are the pics I think they are, then thank you, Mags, for not posting the actual pics as I believe they originated from this fan's own MySpace and we would therefore consider them to be private.

And I'm going to merge this into the Three Rivers thread, just to keep things tidy.

The Admin over at llol doesn't have the details yet but if she gets permission from the owner to post these on the boards would it be okay to post them here or in the Alex picture thread?

Mags, if someone who posts on this board has the permission of the owner of the pics to post them here, then it is fine to post them. They should go in the Alex pic thread.

And btw, has the fan who took the pictures given permission for them to be posted here or other ML sites?

July is typical for beginning filming for fall, I believe. Remember, he did Whiteout spring/summer before ML.
