I was just thinking...the more success he has...well...after this year, he'll never be referred to as "Moonlight star, Alex O'Loughlin". Dang, didn't mean to be a bummer...

Oh Raven... I know, Sweetie. You're right. He will eventually cease to be ours alone, and Moonlight will fade into memory for many people... but not us, right? This crazy world doesn't give a hill of beans for several hundred fans in love... with an actor. But we'll always have MLA.

I also hope that he and CBS do have a back-up plan for him in the unlikely event that 3Rs doesn't get the green light. I know, I know, shudder the thought, but I want him to have all his bases covered and more importantly, I want him back on my screen by the Fall and will settle for nothing less!!!!

You, me, and several hundred others, Suz... still hoping hoping hoping hoping hoping... but I kinda think this helps the chances... shows CBS IS serious about him... and if the movie does well, they will be itching to offer him up on a weekly basis... surely they want to keep him under contract in case it's a hit...

Yay!! Now let's get him to be interviewed. Alex's publicist/agent/manager: PLEASE--start earning your commission. If you need help, there are many here willing to lend a hand, hold a camera, pin on a microphone, etc.

Yes, I'm in PR and I'd be only TOOOOOO happy to help! :curtesy: If they'd cut me loose on the phones, I'd have the man doing interviews during every bit of downtime on the set. Do they not realize that it's called the WORLD WIDE Web for a reason???? He doesn't even have a Facebook page, for Bob's sake! (sorry, Alex, but MySpace is your parents' Internet. Everyone's moved on to Web 2.0.)
Oh, and by the way, my publicity efforts would be carefully calibrated to ensure that Alex became a star -- but not a mega-star. We want him to get big enough to get any role he wants, enough interviews (and pics ) to keep us satiated, and plenty of free time to visit us at our Alex conventions . But not big enough to acquire a stalker, be hounded by the paparazzi and end up at Betty Ford.

So happy for this guy, but he thought life was crazy after Moonlight, he ain't seen nothing yet. All I can say is avoid any Hollywood parties that Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan are at like the plague, because this guy is about to become very popular.
