Fleur, you've got to realize by now, that with the riches of character and mythos, romance and setting, that we've been given with Moonlight, we're a long way from the end of original, creative moments....and as for me, well, I'm trying to please.

Thank goodness for that! I guess it just shows my lack of imagination----that is why I am constantly impressed by the new ideas you authors come up with.

This was wonderfully haunting! I always enjoy outside POV fics, and this was so well done.

This is just all kinds of awesome.
I've been around here for three years pretty soon and somehow missed this wonderful fic.
That is a wonderful, wonderful gift. To find that there are fabulous fics like this that I haven't read makes me want to dive back into the library and hunt for other treasures I've missed.
Thank you!!
Jenna

Heck, jen, sometimes I'm not sure even I have read everything in my office!
Glad you found this. (And keep looking, you never know!)

I'm glad this got bumped... I had never read it before either. Very creative POV, and it makes perfect sense that other "creatures of the night" would notice Mick cruising in a vintage Benz. So was this guy a friend of LeeJay's?
Thanks,
Lucky!

Lilly reminded me of this story, and I had to go back and read it. Perfect for the week before Halloween... I love the flavor of it. This is a real gem, Lucky!
And MLC, that's a great question! I hadn't thought about the friend being Lee Jay, but it sure could have been...

Heck, I'm not sure I ever thought about the friend being Lee Jay...although it's been long enough since I wrote this, it's possible!
Thanks for the bump, and the kind words!

Just fabulous.
This is haunting. An odd mixture of bits of wisdom that come with years, insight and some interesting guesses, it gives us a thoughtful ghost story with lots of delicious visuals and other sensory tidbits to add spice to the recipe.
I like this unnamed narrator. Pity he never met that ghost. I think he'd like him,,,

I could just see a foggy night the Benz and Mick always vigilante always alone. This was so good just the right amount of spooky. Damn you nailed it.
