I bet it has a lot more to do with the ups and downs of activity on other people's IMDB pages than it has to do with Alex. Either that, or dart guy just made a lucky shot this week.

And I think you're right, Alle. This system depends on public curiosity. Celebrities generate searches by making public appearances, having babies, getting arrested, dying...
Sure, a hit show or blockbuster movie will propel an actor to the top -- but when an actor isn't in the headlines, his position will mostly be affected by the relative movements of those who are.

I have two weeks to report on:
Last week, he dropped 227 points...
2013 Jul 7 -- 1,278
And, this week, he dropped another 246...
2013 Jul 14 -- 1,524
The good news is -- filming has started and we should be seeing more of him now.

During the hiatus, getting 2 weeks' worth of bad news is probably easier to take.
The buzzing is definitely starting to rise on 5-0 now, so I expect next week will be a better number.
