I remember discussing it at the time it came out so there must be other youtube copies out there.

I don't remember where I posted about it but I suspect it was Moonlight Dreams which is gone now. I do remember everyone thought it was kind of ... "odd". Not Alex' acting but the dialog.

It is exactly the same video. And though it may be kind of weird, like a bad joke...he acts so wonderfully with his face...at some point I thought his throat was dry from what he had to bear...

I'm pretty sure this was discussed here, as well, but for the life of me I can't find it. According to the older youtube video (which was uploaded by Nick Atkins, the guy who shot the video, btw), it was shot in October 2008, in the Hollywood Hills. They're doing a scene from a play called "The Club," by David Williamson, about a (nonexistent) Aussie football club. Alex is playing the part of Jock Riley, and Nathin is playing Geoff Hayward.

According to some of the video comments, Nathin went to NIDA with Alex, so maybe Alex helped him out with the video as a favor. It sure is a weird scene!
