Shannyn is involved in a coming TV series called "Wayward Pines" which is supposed to be "evocative of Twin Peaks"

I can't figure out when it will actually start airing.

There's been a bit of buzz about the show at the TCA's today. We now have a debut date for the 10-episode run: May 14 at 9 EST on FOX.

It includes a video interview from ComicCon 2014. Shannyn is there, but doesn't say much.

I found it really quite good and mysterious so far. I plan to check this one out again next week.

Oh shoot, me too! And was really wanting to see it. I heard an interview with the creator, who said they're doing the "big reveal" of the season about halfway through, because they think that the really interesting part of the story is, what do the characters do with that information? So now it's even more intriguing to me... and that kinda gave me a Moonlight-ish feel. Bonus!

One thing the writers delivered on was answering some of the questions. By the end of the first ep, there were definitely some answers provided, but many still remain. I'll give it a go, even though I found it a little slow moving.

Yes it really did get Dark. Reminds me of some novel but I can't figure out which one?

Did not know this was based on a series of books. Will probably wait to read until after the series so I don't get frustrated with what is left out or changed. I remember True Blood went far afield of the books but I actually grew bored with the books after the first three or four.

Show gets weirder and weirder but I'm intrigued. Won't see "live" tomorrow going to a play.

I finally watched the first episode of the series. Seems to be an extended version of a Twilight Zone episode.
Lots of big names in it though!

The green walls of the hospital reminded me of the hospital in Moonlight.
