As a child Beth Turner used to love laying on her back in the middle of the yard and staring up at the night sky in amazement, as she began to connect the dots.

She used to trace her finger of the invisible lines connection the stars to form all of her favourite celestial constellations.

Now as an adult Beth did the same basic thing on a day-to-day basis in her everyday life. She connected the dots. From one lead to the next until finally the whole picture, her story, came together.

As she stared down at the evidence of Mick’s scattered existence in her life she began to connect the dots in her mind.

Why his face had looked so familiar when she ‘first’ met him, why even though her kidnapper had always been on the loose she had always felt 100% safe and protected, why he had photo’s of her as a child, a young adult and as a fully fledged woman, and why she felt an unexplainable connection and love for him that she couldn’t explain.

Finally the dots all joined together to show her the full picture of Mick St. John for the first time.

There were no fangs, no glassy eyes, no devil’s horns, nothing to suggest the man was a monster, because he wasn’t.

There was just Mick, her Mick, smiling with a halo hovering over his head.

Beth had connected the dots and found the end picture was that of her Guardian Angel.
