I'm going to merge this into the general discussion thread, where Brian's engagement was already being discussed.

Re: Brian - general discussion
Just wanted to mention that Brian had a guest spot on Sunday's episode of Body of Proof. That is the new Dana Delany show that normally runs on Tuesday nights but they ran a special Sunday episode. I imagine a number of people were busy watching "The Killing" on AMC at the same time. I have that on my DVR for both hubby and me to watch. Body of Proof is a good show which unfortunately runs at the same time as The Good Wife. Good thing for DVRs. I visited Brian's website and he seems like a really nice guy - of course he seemed that way at the Gala two and a half years ago.

Thank you Coco for the lovely banner.

Thanks for the info, Moonlightsonata. I haven't seen Body of Proof, but I'll check it out, even if only to catch the lovely Brian.
Once you've watched "The Killing", I hope you'll join in the discussion we've kicked off, here: viewtopic.php?f=268&t=8231 (it's best to avoid the thread until you've watched the episode as there are some general spoilers).

Brian has joined the pilot for The CW's Beauty and the Beast as -- wait for it -- a homicide detective!

http://sciencefiction.com/2012/03/16/cw ... e-to-cast/There’s a new player in the NYPD Homicide Unit on CW’s ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and it’s none other than Brian White.
White can be seen in the upcoming Joss Whedon’s horror ‘Cabin in the Woods’ which will be in wide release in April. He also played Lt. Carl Davis in the vampire series ‘Moonlight’ as well as starred in the series ‘The Shield’ and ‘Men of a Certain Age’ with Ray Romano and Andre Braugher.
