Alex to appear as guest on Bonnie Hunt

Tuesday, September 29 - Betty White
Tuesday, September 29, 2009
Betty White: Bonnie is thrilled to welcome back this beloved funny lady to the show. Last time she was here, she smashed the "strong man" bell -- this time we hear she's going to take on the fire pole. Tune in to see!

Alex O'Loughlin ("Three Rivers"): Many of you will know this handsome Aussie from the popular "Moonlight" series in which he played a private investigator who happened to be a vampire. Now he's got his hands bloody again, but he's playing a transplant surgeon in a new medical drama which he'll tell us all about!

Beau Preston: This little one may only be six-and-a-half years-old, but she's got some big responsibilities as a young farmer. She'll show Bonnie her dog, pig and chickens.

"Ask Alice": Everyone's favorite mom is back for her weekly webchat with Bonnie. If you can't go without your weekly Alice fix, make sure you tune in!

To find out where and when Bonnie's show is on in your area:

Well, Alex can talk with the little farmer about his Stan character, and how fun it was to drive a tractor, and I'm sure he and Betty White can find a lot to talk about (she's a hoot!). I hope it's a good venue for him. It seems like a good fit--that's the audience they're hoping to get... but I'd love to see him on a bigger show, like Oprah or Ellen.

Sad, isn't it? It was popular then, just not enough for the ratings bean counters.

Eek! Evidently, they pre-taped Alex's segment, because a snippet of it is available on Bonnie Hunt's show site: http://www.bonniehunt.com/promos/tuesda ... ty_whi.php

Could he be cuter?!?! (No, he could NOT be cuter.)

I just saw the show... he is THE most adorable he has ever been... NO JOKE!

He tells the story of his pitching for the baseball game and he's brilliant. If ya let him alone, and just let him talk... OMG, he is a natural-born storyteller! He could mesmerize any audience.

This is something of which Craig Ferguson should take note. And maybe HE oughta be writing for his show...

Grateful to Alex for Mick, Andy, and McG. :)

It came on at 7 and is about to go off... he is on about halfway thru... and only for about 8 minutes... but he uses every second of that time to be adorable. And funny. And to give her credit, she was good with him. She didn't interrupt and when HE started going off topic, she brought him back 'round. She really GAVE him the time he had... she didn't fill it with her own blather.
