Just was watching a Criminal Minds repeat tonight and got creeped out by this episodes criminal. It was Moonlight's LEO!

Todd Giebenhain plays Earl a serial killer who keeps the eyes of his victims as souvenirs.

Todd is real good at playing a fidgety creepy guy either after children's blood in Moonlight or people's eyes in CM.
This guy Earl not only kept the eyes as souvenirs but was a taxidermist putting his victims eyes in some of the animals he was stuffing Ewwwwww!

Poor Todd - if you have to get typecast as something, creepy serial killer is pretty unfortunate. Mind you, the network TV's penchant for serial killers, I guess it means he'll never be out of work.

And after all, Leo was a creepy serial bloodsucker, not a killer. He didn't kill the kids, he just got 'em plastered and drank their blood while they were passed out. And hey, he paid 'em for the blood! See? That's not too bad, compared to a guy who keeps eyes as mementos... *shudders too*

I go through stages of liking CM, and being overly creeped out by it....and yeah, when you think about it, Leo was strangely ethical in what he did. After all, think of what he COULD have been.

My son is watching "My Name is Earl," and there was Todd Giebenhain, playing Earl's friend Zeke's creepy younger brother Arlo. He still looked like Leo.

I spotted "Leo" in episode 5.02 of True Blood. I wasn't sure, because his face is quite fuller these days, but IMDB confimed it.
The funny part is that his character was a shop owner selling anti-vampire items, like silver spray and chains, and an assortment of stakes (which are lethal in TB mythology).
