Jason on Portrait's "Top 30 Under 30" list

Jason has been nominated once again for Portrait magazine's "Top 30 Under 30."

Portrait is an online young adult magazine. I'm not sure how well he's known there compared to other nominees, but if you'd like to show support for our favorite "under 30" guy, you can vote in the drop down list in the blue section at the top here: Portrait Magazine.

Apparently, this year, folks can vote as often as they like, but will be required to enter a code each time. The first time you vote, you'll get an annoying audio message, but if you vote multiple times in one session, you'll be spared a repeat of that.

It's very early, as voting will remain open until the end of November, but right now Jason is in 5th place. :teeth:

Another poll? In the end our fingers will be sore after those two polls at the same time, but it will be totally worth it!!! :type:

I think we can keep our boy in this...but it will take some doing. We're never going to catch Jared Padelecki, but hey, we can put in a respectable showing.

He's been nominated for this at least twice before, but has never made the final cut. This year is his last chance.

Two of the Jonas brothers have come on strong in the past day or so, but Jason is still up there -- 9th place now. Image


I've run into a problem that I think someone had last year -- on my Chrome browser, the blog window is suddenly overlaying the voting button. I can't seem to get rid of it, so I switched to Firefox. :shrug:

Firefox has been working well for me. And I've discovered that if I hit F5 (refresh) after I vote, it takes me back to the CAPCHA code box, and I can vote again more quickly. (You have to confirm the refresh.)

He stands a good chance, IMO. Not surprised about the Jonaii; they were bound to rally.
