Actually, the larger photo shows that the dotted heart is pretty uniform.....wonder whose calm, steady hands got to apply that bit of makeup They were either really, really good, or really, really detached.

I find the first pic of Alex with dotted heart and scalpel pretty gross. I guess it's supposed to be hot and "cutting edge" (no pun intended). I think it's repellant.

ETA: I did not read previous posts so my opinion is completely based on my reaction to the pic. No offense intended to anyone else

There's a scalpel?? Trust me, not being snarky, I honestly didn't even notice the darn thing at first---got a bit distracted by the eyes, lips, scruff, throat and perfect smattering of chest hair.

I've said before that the whole photo shoot with the scalpels and other medical stuff, and the hearts on the chest, didn't work for me at all. But obviously, what works for me doesn't work for everyone--and vice versa!!!

Love those Speed Racer era pics. Hair longer, face a little fuller. That's my fav Alex look.

As for the "scapel" picture, that photoshoot does not resemble the real Three Rivers in any way, shape or form. It seems really out of place to me in that regard.

I didn't like the photoshoot with the hearts at first, because it had nothing to do with the show and was a bit gross in places. But this particular photo does it to me because of those dark eyes and his almost dangerous look. He should play the Reaper.
