Well I thought it looked like a parade or a walk-about cause he's waving... but he could be waving at a friend for all I know...

Maybe he's at Disney or something and just waving.

He seems to be wearing that hat he wore to Speed Racer, no?

Fever... do you remember where you got this?

Cause we have absolutely nothing else in the whole wide world to do but dissect your pics... and info makes it less work for us.
