Entering the room, he immediately pulls off his perspiration laden shirt, casually rubbing his hands over his chest. He twists a few times to work out the kinks in his back---standing for 5 hours performing a complex liver transplant wreaks havoc on his back and neck muscles. He begins to swivel his head around, working out the stiffness while simultaneously rubbing his neck with his right hand. He kicks off his shoes, and reaches down to loosen the tie on his pants....
