I mentioned on the other thread that he was on ET tonight--and I wondered if it was at the CBS upfronts because there were CBS logos everywhere. And, that was the outfit he was wearing when Interviewed!!

Sooo very late to the party, but I was able to check in once while at work today and I am thrilled! A year ago today I was inconsolable ... today I am joyful! And thank you all for the snaps and 3R video.

This is all surreal for me. My husband is a surgeon and I see him wearing (and I launder) scrubs all the time. As a 33 yr veteran in the medical field myself, I am comfortable with all the jargon and issues involved in the upcoming show. And I have a number of friends as well as patients who have undergone transplants, both successful and not. I feel as though Alex (Dr. Andy) is going to be having dinner at my house, discussing his cases after the episode airs. Weird, huh?

That being said, I am so so so happy for "our" Alex. I always said that I could someday say, "I remember when Alex was just ..." I truly believe that I will be able to watch him get that Oscar, or Emmy or ???

Raising a glass (belatedly) of wine to us all!
