I listened through headphones, and I think they did say "O'LOCK-lin"... he sounded very cute (and manly). Such good publicity for him, I'm just jazzed!
Although the story was very much about Jennifer, she gave him props and there were several little glimpses of him in the film clips. And he got his own little short blip. Good on ya, Al!
Maybe this is wishful thinking, but I think this movie may very well put Alex on the map, kids. I know that sounds a little over the top, but if the script hold up to the chemistry, all I can say is WOW.

SirenSong, thanks for the link.
I couldn't make out whether they said his name right. But whatever, I agree with alle - I think this is going to be a huge deal for Alex. Everything feels so positive right now - I can't wait for the movie to come out and I've got
that it turns out brilliantly.

Seems like a tense scene for Zoe and Stan. Did they cover his tattoos to have him in a Tshirt now?
I can't wait to see that film.
Thank you for the youtube link! That's awesome promotion for Alex through JLo. Seems like they really got on well with each other.

The tats (sadly) look covered up to me too, francis.

I don't think I've ever looked this forward to seeing a chick flick - usually my friends have to drag me, kicking and screaming. When I told a friend of mine BUP was coming out and I wanted to see it, she said, "You want to see a romantic movie. That has Jennifer Lopez in it. Are you feeling alright?"
I WANT Alex to be successful, but I want to keep him to ourselves too, if that makes any sense.
Please indulge me here for a moment, because I think Alle is right and...this may sound stupid, but it makes me a little sad. For so long, he's been just OUR Alex, and I'm not sure I'm ready to share him.allegrita wrote: Maybe this is wishful thinking, but I think this movie may very well put Alex on the map, kids. It makes perfect sense to me, p-gal. I feel the same way. This is a bittersweet time for ML/Alex fans..I wish him huge success because he deserves it..but, after this movie, he'll belong to more than just us..he'll belong to the world. Good on him..not so good on us, I fear.PNWgal wrote:I don't think I've ever looked this forward to seeing a chick flick - usually my friends have to drag me, kicking and screaming. Thanks, JIMS - I'm glad to know I'm not the only one that feels a little bereft.

Makes perfect sense to me, sweetie. Then again, I rarely do disagree with anything you say!PNWgal wrote:I don't think I've ever looked this forward to seeing a chick flick - usually my friends have to drag me, kicking and screaming. I am thrilled beyond words that we are getting so many new photos of Alex, though. After such a long drought, maybe the pix that were initially dribbling in were a good thing, I don't think my weak heart could have handled much more. At the moment, it's a struggle to simply try and contain my enthusiasm! I have no doubt in my mind that this movie is going to put him on the map in a major way. Just being in a film with JLo is enough to raise his star power in itself.
I almost feel jealous for all of the women who will get to see Alex for the first time with this movie. When they see how talented and gorgeous he is on that screen, ahhhh, gives me chills remembering my "first time Alex" feelings!

I am looking forward to this movie (and I don't even like romcoms
)
